Lead Sales Manager

Job Summary:

• This Role is very critical & important for the development of Products Business (T&P) Growth in West India.

• Responsibilities of this role is to handle the Products Sales for Western part of India & the key products are  ZEEWEED Products like  ZW500EV and EDI/EDR.

• Major market segment to be covered is Commercial & Institutional (C&I) Segment Textile drinking water market Automobile and showing growth & handling the Channel partners in South India.

• This role is for the sales in Industrial T&P in the western region. It involves sales of MBR membranes ZW500 EDR CWS systems  EVALED Actiflo Disc filters MBBR etc. 

• Should be from the water treatment Industry. Should have experience in handling Industrial end users OEMs consultants and PSUs.

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :

• Work Closely with Consultant EPC & OEMs to achieve the sales targets 

• Work Closely with Large EPCs/OEMs in positioning MBR Membrane new market development and maintain close partnership relationship

• Meet Annual Order Booking Target & Revenue target

• Meeting the end users OEMs and Consultants in the Industrial market. Developing product business pipeline for MBR EDR OZONE CWS systems ( EVALED MBBR Actiflo Disc filters etc)

Key Skills required

• Strong communication skills

• Technical acumen in sales

• Should be self driven and motivated for business

• Growth mindset

• Willing to take stretch Sales target & challenges 

• Willing to travel at least 15 days in a month

• Maintaining Customer relationship & Convincing capabilities 

• Candidates should have perseverance & think skin to handle tough situations in sales Function.

Experience Required (Min Max year):

10-12 years

Qualifications :

B.E./ ( Mechanical/ Environmental/Chemical)
