Educational Qualification

• BE/BTech in Computer Science IT Electronics or related discipline • Master's degree preferred

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Solution Architect Associate/Professional • Azure Solution Architect Expert • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • SAFe Agilist • TOGAF Foundation (Preferred)

Experience

• 10-15 years total experience • Minimum 5 years in Technical Lead or Engineering Lead roles • Experience managing Agile squads of 8-15 members • Banking FinTech or Digital Platform experience strongly preferred

Domain Expertise

Candidates should have strong experience in one or more of:

• Digital Banking • Payments & UPI • Deposits & CASA • Lending • Wealth & Insurance • Customer Service Platforms • API & Integration • Security & Identity • AI & Personalisation
