Role Overview

We are seeking a specialist/ team lead who is responsible for overseeing the accuracy consistency and governance of organizational data across systems and processes. The role ensures robust dataquality frameworks drives standardization and leads the team in maintaining reliable datasets that support analytics reporting and business decisionmaking. This position also collaborates closely with crossfunctional partners to streamline data flows resolve discrepancies and continuously improve datamanagement practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business users analysts and data engineers to ensure data pipelines deliver accurate ready-to-use information.
• Data Monitoring: Monitor dataset refresh performance troubleshoot failures and recommend optimizations.
• Active contribution to monthly closing process including running quality controls.
• Prepare ad hoc commercial analyses for business departments & team members.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/masters degree or higher in quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Physics Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering) or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
•  7-9 years of work experience in data or business analytics or engineering related field.
• Expert in writing SQL and familiar with various database systems (Google Cloud Microsoft SQL server Azure).
• Excellent command of MS Excel
• Data visualization expert familiar with tools and techniques such as Power BI Tableau MicroStrategy.
• Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps).
• Knowledge of VBA/Python is nice to have
