Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced SAP TM Functional Specialist to join our S/4 HANA Functional Delivery team. The role will own endtoend transportation management processes configure SAP TM within an S/4 HANA landscape and lead both brownfield and greenfield projects ensuring tight integration with other SAP modules and delivering measurable value to our logistics clients.

The role will own endtoend transportation management processes configure SAP TM within an S/4 HANA landscape and lead both brownfield and greenfield projects ensuring tight integration with other SAP modules and delivering measurable value to our logistics clients.
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for transportation management.
- Design and configure SAP TM solutions in an S/4 HANA environment.
- Lead brownfield and greenfield SAP TM implementation projects from kickoff to hypercare.
- Conduct fitgap analysis and create functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Execute unit integration and useracceptance testing and resolve defects.
- Develop and deliver enduser training materials and workshops.
- Provide postgolive support issue resolution and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical basis and other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless module integration.
- Prepare project artefacts such as status reports roadmaps and delivery documentation.
- Participate in SAP Activate methodology and Agile ceremonies to drive project velocity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of handson experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
- Proven track record in both brownfield and greenfield SAP TM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes: order management freight planning execution and settlement.
- Expertise in configuring SAP TM on S/4 HANA and integrating with ECC SD MM and EWM.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs and configuration.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related discipline; SAP TM certification is a plus.
- Handson experience with testing tools and documentation standards (e.g. Test Scripts BRF).
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a fastpaced delivery environment.
