Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to lead endtoend integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role involves building robust connections between Oracle SaaS applications (ERP HCM SCM) and a variety of thirdparty systems designing REST/SOAP APIs and ensuring highperformance secure and maintainable integration architectures. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders mentor junior developers and contribute to the evolution of our APIfirst delivery model.

You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders mentor junior developers and contribute to the evolution of our APIfirst delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend integration projects leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and maintain integrations with Oracle SaaS (ERP HCM SCM) and external systems.
- Create manage and secure REST and SOAP APIs including data mappings and error handling flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts solution architects and QA teams for requirement gathering testing and production support.
- Design hybrid integrations that connect Oracle Cloud services with onpremises applications.
- Implement robust error handling logging and monitoring mechanisms.
- Optimize performance of highvolume and longrunning integration flows.
- Apply integration patterns such as sync/async pubsub filebased and eventdriven models.
- Mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and lead knowledgesharing sessions.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in API management and iPaaS.
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in integration development preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong handson expertise with OIC adapters (REST SOAP DB FTP ERP HCM etc.).
- Deep understanding of integration patterns (synchronous asynchronous pubsub eventdriven).
- Proficiency in designing and securing APIs using OAuth2 and related security policies.
- Experience with hybrid cloud/onpremises integration architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to tune and optimize highthroughput integration workflows.
- Handson experience migrating integrations from SOA/OSB to OIC (a plus).
- Exposure to other iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.
- Proven mentorship or leadership experience in a technical team.
