The Specialist III Cybersecurity role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within cybersecurity. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence innovation governance and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level solve complex problems and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Data Science Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated professional experience aligned to the role level and scope of responsibility.
• Strong domain expertise with knowledge of enterprise systems processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis reporting documentation and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven accountability adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Preferred certifications relevant to the role such as PMP Scrum ITIL CISSP CISM AWS Azure Snowflake Databricks Salesforce SAP or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
