The Specialist II Data Analytics role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data analytics. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence innovation governance and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level solve complex problems and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Data Science Business or a related field.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Experience working effectively in global and multicultural environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver business outcomes.

• Expertise in the relevant domain enterprise systems and technology platforms.

• Proficiency in data analysis reporting documentation and process improvement initiatives.

• Strong collaboration communication accountability customer focus problem-solving adaptability and continuous learning mindset.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP Scrum ITIL CISSP CISM AWS Azure Snowflake Databricks Salesforce SAP or equivalent credentials are preferred.
