The Specialist I Data Governance role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence innovation governance and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level solve complex problems and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Data Science Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant professional experience aligned with the scope and level of the role.
• Strong domain expertise and knowledge of enterprise systems processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis reporting documentation and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience using relevant technology tools and platforms to support business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication problem-solving and customer-focused skills.
• Demonstrated accountability adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP Scrum ITIL CISSP CISM AWS Azure Snowflake Databricks Salesforce SAP or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
