Sourcing for Watch & Perfume

Job Description:

1. Supplier Identification & Development
Identify and onboard reliable vendors OEMs and factories (domestic & international) specializing in watches.
Develop long-term partnerships with suppliers ensuring alignment with brand values compliance and sustainability.

2. Procurement & Negotiation
Negotiate costings MOQs lead times payment terms and contracts.
Benchmark supplier pricing raw material sourcing and manufacturing processes to achieve cost optimization.

3. Product Development & Coordination
Work closely with design and merchandising teams to source new materials watch movements cases straps and packaging.
Ensure samples prototypes and final products meet technical specifications and brand quality standards.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure products meet international standards and certifications (e.g. RoHS REACH).
Monitor supplier factories for social compliance ethical practices and sustainability adherence.

5. Supply Chain & Operations
Manage end-to-end supply chain from order placement to delivery.
Track timelines resolve production delays and ensure on-time product launches.
Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth import/export processes customs clearance and duty management.

6. Market & Trend Analysis
Stay updated on watch industry trends raw material innovations and competitor sourcing strategies.
Provide insights for new product introductions and pricing competitiveness.
