Design and develop end-to-end technical architectures for complex applications and enterprise solutions.

Provide effective technical solutions to business and engineering challenges.

Take an active role in software development and guide the team on technical implementation.

Define architecture technology stack design patterns coding standards and best practices.

Lead the development of Full Stack applications across frontend backend databases APIs and cloud environments.

Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI into products and business solutions.

Stay updated with the latest technologies frameworks tools and industry trends and evaluate their applicability.

Lead mentor and technically guide development teams.

Review code architecture and technical designs to ensure quality scalability security and maintainability.

Collaborate with product managers business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions and mitigation strategies.

Drive technical innovation and continuously improve development and architecture practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
Strong hands-on experience in software development with a proven development background.
Proven experience in Solution Architecture and System Architecture.
Strong expertise in Full Stack Development.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML Generative AI LLMs and AI-based application development.
Strong understanding of microservices REST APIs databases cloud technologies and distributed systems.
Experience in designing scalable secure and high-performance applications.
Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks architecture patterns and DevOps practices.
Ability to evaluate and adopt new and emerging technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership communication mentoring and team management skills.
Ability to make sound technical decisions and provide practical solutions to complex problems.

Preferred

Experience with AWS Azure or GCP.
Experience with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD and cloud-native architectures.
Experience implementing AI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and LLM platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
