Software QA Engineer (Oracle Cloud Test Engineer)

Job Summary

Job Requirements

Essential Functions
Collaborate with business team developers and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify the test scenarios design and execute test cases for Oracle Fusion ERP applications (Account payables Account receivables GL FA Cash Mgt. Order Management Inventory Procurement etc)
Analyse test results identify defects and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes methodologies and tools.
Support test automation team for regression and E2E test automation.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers on testing process and practices.
Collaborate with project managers Leads to ensure testing deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Track and report test metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance standards and procedures within the organization.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in Oracle Cloud finance and SCM testing
Experience in testing Oracle cloud boundary application testing
Experience of working on automation testing with AI based test automation tool Opkey (Desirable)
Ability to quickly analyse test results and debug errors during test runs and recommend corrective action
Effective communicator of technical concepts both verbally and in written form
Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritise and execute tasks with time-critical deadlines
Proven analytical evaluative and problem-solving abilities

Education

A bachelors degree in engineering masters degree in computer science or a masters degree in business administration.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion-Finance and SCM testing.
Fusion test automation experience with tool Opkey (Desirable)
