Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (.NET)

Synechron is seeking a Software Engineer Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role is suited to an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional who has transitioned from a traditional .NET development background into a Power Platform-focused engineering role.

The successful candidate will design develop customize integrate and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dataverse Power Apps and related Microsoft technologies. The role contributes to business objectives by delivering scalable applications improving process automation supporting low-code/no-code adoption and helping stakeholders meet operational and customer-service requirements.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: Strong hands-on experience designing configuring customizing developing and supporting enterprise business applications.

• Microsoft Power Platform: Practical experience with the platform ecosystem including application development automation and solution configuration.

• Power Apps: Hands-on experience building and maintaining business applications including model-driven and/or canvas applications.

• Microsoft Dataverse: Experience designing data models managing tables relationships business rules security roles and solution components.

• .NET Development: Professional background development including experience that supports integration customization troubleshooting or extension of enterprise applications.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are preferred but not mandatory.

• Complete role-relevant training and maintain continuous professional development in Dynamics 365 Power Platform Dataverse Microsoft Fabric integration practices security and low-code/no-code solution delivery.
