About the UI Platform Team

The UI Platform team is a foundational platform team shaping how products are designed built and delivered at Rippling.

As Rippling continues to scale across products and engineering teams excellence cannot be left to individual implementation alone. UI Platform builds the shared systems design patterns application architecture performance guardrails and delivery foundations that help teams ship high-quality product experiences with speed reliability and consistency.

The team works across core areas such as:

• Application Framework / SDUI enabling product teams to build configurable scalable and consistent product experiences.
• Design System powering reusable primitives patterns and guardrails across Rippling products.
• Frontend Infrastructure evolving Ripplings web architecture for scale performance and independent product delivery.
• Performance and Product Experience raising the quality bar across product surfaces.
• AI-native Developer Experience building infrastructure that helps engineers and AI agents write validate and ship production-quality code more reliably.

This team partners closely with 40 product teams across Rippling and plays a central role in improving developer velocity product consistency and customer experience at scale.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional work experience.
• Strong CS knowledge and expertise.
• Preferred experience with Python Go Django MongoDB Postgres AWS
• Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture
