Your opportunity
Join a backend engineering team focused on building and operating JVM-based services that ingest process and serve massive volumes of telemetry data. Youll work on high-scale low-latency systems that power mission-critical observability features used by engineers worldwide.

What youll do

Drive the design development and enhancement of core features and functionalities of our observability platform
leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Act as a subject matter expert guiding and mentoring a team of talented software engineers to achieve technical
excellence and deliver high-quality code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust scalable and efficient systems that meet the
demands of our growing customer base
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies constantly researching and experimenting with innovative
solutions to enhance our observability platform
Work closely with product managers designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical
solutions advocating for best practices and promoting a collaborative work environment
Be proactive in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks applying optimizations and maintaining the
stability and availability of our platform
Encourage a culture of continuous learning improvement and innovation within the engineering team sharing
knowledge and promoting professional growth

This role requires

Bachelorʼs degree software development engineering or a related technical field
2years of experience working as a software engineer working as a full-stack engineer with a strong computer
science background and an aptitude for learning new languages quickly
Expert on Java Spring Boot Hibernate and ReactJS
Demonstrated experience in designing and developing large-scale full stack software systems utilizing modern
programming languages and frameworks
Passion for exploring new technologies and finding creative solutions to complex problems keeping up with industry trends and
advancements in observability and related domains
Excellent collaboration abilities with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams present ideas and
communicate technical concepts clearly.
Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP). You are highly
proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Data Integration Expertise: Experience working on data integration or ingestion products specifically within the SaaS
vendor or telemetry space.
3 years hands-on experience of developing micro services
3 years hands-on experience deploying and running workloads on AWS

Bonus points if you have:

High-Throughput Pipelines: Experience building real-time data pipelines (ingesting processing and streaming) ideally utilizing
Kafka.
Knowledge of tooling like React Hooks Apollo GraphQL and Storybook; Understanding of GraphQL APIs.
Proficiency in UI testing and end-to-end testing.
Expertise in the SRE/Observability space. You have used observability tools to solve complex reliability or performance issues
in distributed environments.
