Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer, Node JS & React JS)

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer (IC3) to join our engineering team and build scalable cloud-native applications that power critical business workflows and AI-driven experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Microservices architecture and API development with exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered applications.

In this role you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle from architecture and design to implementation testing deployment and production support. You will work closely with product managers architects designers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure scalable and innovative solutions.

• Design develop test and maintain full-stack applications using React and .
• Build and enhance scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following modern engineering standards.
• Design and implement secure well-documented APIs for internal and external consumers.
• Develop cloud-native event-driven architectures supporting high-scale applications.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows using agentic frameworks and orchestration platforms.
• Build and maintain AI agents tool integrations prompt workflows and MCP/tool-based interactions where applicable.
• Collaborate with product management and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Drive quality through unit testing integration testing automation and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering
• 47 years of experience in full-stack application development using React and Microservices architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise in API design development integration and performance optimization Git CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices
• Strong understanding of software design patterns data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building scalable cloud-native applications with a solid understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices.
• Experience building AI-powered applications and integrations. Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks LLM-based applications AI orchestration or workflow automation is highly desirable.
• Understanding of storage data management or cloud infrastructure domains is a plus
• Proven ability to take ownership solve complex technical challenges and deliver business-critical high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication troubleshooting and continuous learning mindset
