Role Summary
The Software Development & AI Automation Trainee will support the design development and deployment of scalable applications and automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to backend development API integrations and AI-driven systems while working in a structured engineering-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in backend development API design and system integrations
Develop and maintain automation workflows scripts and business logic
Contribute to frontend components such as dashboards and user interfaces
Work on AI-enabled automation use cases including integration of intelligent systems
Perform debugging testing and performance optimization of applications
Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions
Support technical documentation code reviews and system design activities
Adhere to coding standards version control practices and development workflows
Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
Technical Skills
Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as JavaScript Python or Java
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript
Basic understanding of databases data structures and SQL
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
