Position: Automation Mechanical Supervisor
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making (NTTF/KTTF)
Salary: As per Industry Standard
Location: Cochin

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (same industry experience mandatory – Automotive / Non-Automotive).
• Strong knowledge of progressive tooling automation systems and mechanical feeder systems.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatic hydraulic and servo systems.
• Preferred experience in connector/wiring harness assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a shift-wise team for SPM machine development and breakdown maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment mechanical feeder systems and pneumatic/hydraulic/servo systems.
• Support assembly setup and continuous improvement of automation tools and machinery.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage spare parts for automation systems.
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
