Software & AI Product Development Engineer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Software & AI Product Development Engineer to join a small high-performance technology team focused on developing proprietary engineering applications automation tools and intelligent software products.

The role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems through programming mathematics automation and AI. You will work closely with experienced engineering professionals to translate real-world engineering challenges into reliable scalable software applications.

No prior industry-specific engineering experience is required. Candidates from software development engineering applications automation scientific computing fintech industrial technology AI/ML and related technology domains are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop software applications for engineering and technical workflows.
• Translate complex engineering requirements into software algorithms and applications.
• Develop calculation engines automation tools and data-driven applications.
• Build AI-assisted solutions using modern AI/ML technologies.
• Develop APIs databases and software services.
• Integrate AI models and internal/external APIs into applications.
• Develop web-based and desktop engineering applications.
• Work on numerical calculations data processing and optimisation.
• Develop automated reporting and data-processing systems.
• Perform software testing debugging and performance optimisation.
• Write clean well-documented maintainable and scalable code.
• Collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team from concept through deployment.
• Contribute to the complete product development lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• / B.E. / / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Artificial Intelligence Data Science Electronics or related fields
• 16 years of software development experience.
• Exceptional freshers may also be considered.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• SQL and relational databases.
• REST APIs.
• Git / Version Control.
• Familiarity with C / C# .NET React / TypeScript FastAPI NumPy / SciPy PostgreSQL Docker Linux Cloud platforms Machine Learning LLMs / Generative AI RAG and Vector Databases
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Able to understand complex technical problems and develop independent solutions.
