Job Title : Snowflake Engineer

Job Type : Full-time / Contract

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Experience working with Snowflake data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex and AI-powered data applications.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data modeling transformation and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering automation and application development.
• Experience creating and maintaining Semantic Models and business-friendly data layers.
• Experience with YAML for configuration management and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Streamlit.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts dimensional modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• Knowledge of data governance security and access control best practices.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools and modern data stack technologies.
• Exposure to machine learning generative AI and large language model integrations.
• Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro Core Certification or advanced Snowflake certifications.
• Design develop and maintain scalable data solutions within the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Build and manage semantic models to support business intelligence analytics and AI-driven use cases.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries data pipelines and transformations.
• Implement and leverage Snowflake Cortex capabilities for AI/ML-powered applications natural language querying and advanced analytics.
• Create interactive data applications and dashboards using Streamlit.
• Develop automation scripts and data processing workflows using Python.
• Define and manage configuration-driven deployments using YAML.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for data platforms and applications.
• Participate in architecture reviews code reviews and best-practice initiatives.
• Document data models workflows technical specifications and operational procedures
