Summary
We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to drive the strategy and execution of our enterprise data platform this pivotal role the successful candidate will oversee the design implementation and optimization of scalable Snowflake-based data warehousing solutions. This position is critical for ensuring data integrity enhancing analytical capabilities and fostering a culture of technical excellence within the data engineering team. The ideal professional will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and business objectives delivering robust high-performance data systems that support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions on the Snowflake platform ensuring scalability security and cost-efficiency.
- Define and enforce data architecture best practices governance standards and integration patterns across the organization.
- Lead the end-to-end software quality assurance and delivery lifecycle for data products ensuring reliability and performance.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data engineers and analysts cultivating a high-performing team culture.
- Manage the integration and transformation of diverse data sources into a unified accessible data lakehouse environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize data processing workflows.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data engineering architecture or related technical fields.
- Core Expertise: Proven track record in designing and managing Snowflake Data Warehouses and Cloud Data Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in data integration transformation techniques and scalable data solution development.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability in technical leadership team management and mentoring junior staff.
- Quality Assurance: Strong background in software quality processes and delivery methodologies within data-centric environments.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Compensation: Competitive salary range of 18-22 LPA.
