Job Description:
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to take charge of and organize on-site activities related to road and highway construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil engineering practices practical experience in construction management and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors laborers and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure on-site safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
- Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials.
- Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates to project managers.
- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Functional Skills:
- Proficient in managing loading & unloading activities
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications
- Ability to supervise and coordinate construction labor and subcontractors
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools materials and equipment
