• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and labor crews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor work quality and progress.
• Manage materials equipment and inventory to prevent delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site reports progress logs and documentation.
• Coordinate schedules with project managers to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Address and resolve on-site issues and unforeseen challenges promptly.
• Liaise with clients suppliers and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in site supervision or related construction roles.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA NEBOSH or local equivalents) and site induction cards.
• Strong understanding of building codes permits and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and technical documents.
