Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Parshwa Furnitures is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers contractors and vendors while ensuring that interior work is completed according to drawings specifications quality standards and project timelines.

• Supervise and monitor interior project work at site on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with carpenters electricians painters plumbers contractors and other site workers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings designs measurements and specifications.
• Monitor the progress of work and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Take accurate site measurements and report requirements to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with the design production and project management teams.
• Manage and allocate daily tasks to workers and contractors.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of furniture and interior materials.
• Monitor material availability and inform management about material requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure proper housekeeping discipline and safety at the project site.
• Coordinate with clients or representatives at the site whenever required.
• Ensure project work is completed as per schedule and quality expectations.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior projects.
• Experience in interior fit-out furniture installation residential commercial or office interior projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of interior execution and site work.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and measurements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good manpower and contractor handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
• Responsible punctual and detail-oriented.
