• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to stage engineering theater design and audiovisual installations to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to identify and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and safety standards ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of site activities including daily logs progress updates and any changes to project timelines or budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project status address any concerns and ensure client satisfaction with the final outcome.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supervising construction sites preferably in stage engineering or theater design projects.
• Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of stage automation lighting acoustics and audiovisual systems.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage site operations and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
