Site Planning Architect
Job Summary

Develop accurate 2D and 3D installation drawings using AutoCAD Revit and other relevant design platforms based on project specifications and customer requirements.
Translate customer and site requirements into technically sound architectural layouts aligned with workflow efficiency safety standards and healthcare infrastructure needs.
Deliver high-quality design outputs within defined timelines while supporting regional and global project stakeholders.
Ensure all drawings and layouts comply with applicable technical architectural safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with project managers modality leaders engineers and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure design accuracy consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on design standardization workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
Utilize digital tools automation and innovative design practices to improve productivity and enhance project execution.
Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to building best practices within the Design Centre team.
Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
2 years of relevant experience in architectural design drafting or project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and/or other 2D and 3D architectural design tools.
Strong understanding of technical drawings construction methodologies and spatial planning principles.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Strong attention to detail accuracy and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn new tools technologies and evolving workflows in a dynamic environment.
Exposure to healthcare infrastructure hospital planning or medical equipment installation projects.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within global and cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated adaptable and eager to grow within a fast-paced organization.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Familiarity with BIM workflows or healthcare design standards is an added advantage.
