Profile:Site Manager-ZLD-Surat-4.8 LPA

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site execution/project management experience (Mandatory).
• Experience in industrial projects involving pumps vacuum systems process equipment or related engineering industries will be preferred.

Roles:

• Manage and supervise project sites across PAN India.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
• Ensure work execution is carried out as per approved engineering designs and drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors clients and the internal Projects Department.
• Assess site requirements related to equipment materials and manpower for timely project completion.
• Monitor availability and utilization of manpower at site and identify additional requirements.
• Report site progress challenges and resource requirements to the reporting manager and Projects Department.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Resolve site-level coordination issues with clients contractors and vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit regular site progress reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Pumps NEE and NVR systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and approved designs.
• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.
