PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION: Where you break down the project

the end goals of the project.

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE: Quality Control and Assurance are

integral aspects of ensuring that products or services meet established standards and

customer expectations.

BUDGET TEAM TIME AND RISK MANAGEMENT: Efficient Budget

Management involves the planning allocation and control of financial resources for a

project Team management involves assembling organizing and leading a group of

individuals to work collaboratively toward common project objectives Time

Management in a project context entails creating schedules defining timelines and

ensuring tasks are completed within specified deadlines. Risk Management is the

identification assessment and mitigation of potential risks that could impact a

project.

CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Engaging with clients and

stakeholders requires understanding their expectations providing regular updates and
