Site Engineer

Qualification

• in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
  
• Experience in handling civil and interior design work for commercial and/or residential spaces.
  
• Must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end construction or interior project.
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
  
• Coordinate with architects contractors vendors and project stakeholders.
  
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
  
• Monitor project progress prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
  
• Manage manpower materials and equipment efficiently at the site.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.
  
• Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  
• Coordinate interior finishing works including flooring false ceilings painting electrical plumbing and carpentry.
  
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  
• Good project coordination and site management skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• in Civil Engineering.
  
• Experience in both commercial and residential construction/interior projects.
  
• Proven experience of successfully completing at least one project independently or as a key team member.
  
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
