Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Lean methodology and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative innovative and goal-oriented teammates.
Youll play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at our site. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as production quality and engineering) implement lean tools like 5S and line balancing and identify opportunities for cost optimization and waste reduction among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of deploying Alstoms APSYS (Alstom Performance System) methodology but also lead initiatives to enhance processes and align with the Alstom Way of Working (WoW).
Well look to you for:
Leading the implementation of Lean methodology at the site
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all processes
Identifying and implementing cost optimization and waste control measures
Deploying and sustaining Lean tools such as 5S SWIP Line Balancing and TOC studies
Ensuring alignment with Alstoms WoW and APSYS standards
Providing coaching and training to teams on Lean principles and methodologies

in Mechanical Electrical Metallurgy or Production Engineering
More than 10 years of experience in a relevant industry with expertise in Continuous Improvement (TPM/WCM/Lean) Management
Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S SWIP Line Balancing and TOC studies
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Familiarity with cost optimization and waste control strategies
A solid understanding of the Alstom Way of Working (WoW) is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
