Job Summary
General Description:Responsible for execution of Finite Element Analysis ranging from simple linear analysis to complex noncolinear static structural and dynamic analysis for various Equipment from different product line of Oil and Gas. Candidate should have good analytical skills for basic static and dynamic structural mechanics with very good knowledge of different failure mechanics basic and advanced plasticity buckling theory fatigue and fracture mechanics. Candidate will be responsible for identifying different structural failure modes and provide practical solutions to design and product engineers in a timely and cost-effective manner using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Required good communication skill with all stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery. Utilize ANSYS/ Abaqus commercial software with good hands on in Implicit and Explicit solution methods. Candidate should be able to contribute on creation and implementation of best practice engineering vision M&S processes and procedures to aid and improve design performance. Understating of Machine Learning and AI will have added advantages.
Minimum Qualification: Masters in Applied Mechanics/ Mechanical with 0-5 years of experience from IITs in India or any reputed Outside Reputed University.
Software Skill (Preference for Experienced Candidate):ANSYS Workbench LS-Dyna Abaqus
Proficiency (Preference for Experienced Candidate):Structural Nonlinear Simulation (Material Contact & Large Deformation) Implicit and Explicit Solution Method.
Added Advantage Proficiency (Experienced Candidate):Programming Language (Python/ C/ MATLAB) Basic Data Science Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering Application FEA Automation Scripting Optimizer Software
Soft skill:Good Presentation and Report writing skill good communication skill & proficient in Delivery in timely manner
