Core Responsibilities
1. Conceptualize and create: Develop and produce high-quality engaging short-form video content (60-second videos or less) for our social media platforms.
2. Scripting and storyboarding: Write scripts and create storyboards for short-form video content.
3. Filming and editing: Film and edit short-form video content using a variety of equipment and software.
4. Publishing and optimization: Publish short-form video content on our social media platforms and optimize for maximum engagement and reach.
5. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of short-form video content including engagement metrics views and clicks.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social media communications and creative to ensure alignment and consistency across all social media platforms.
7. Stay up-to-date with trends: Stay current with the latest short-form video trends best practices and platform updates.

Internship Work Timings at Abhyaz
Full-Time Interns (11 AM 5 PM) Must be fully available in the virtual office. Allowed to take scheduled breaks.
Part-Time Interns Slot 1: 11 AM 2 PM Slot 2: 2 PM 5 PM Interns must be present in the virtual office during their chosen slot.
Off-Time Batch (Flexible Work Hours) Must report to the virtual office between 5 PM 6:30 PM. Work hours outside this period are flexible based on availability. Mentors will be available until 6:30 PM. Interns should provide task updates to the Project Management Executive.
Bachelors degree in sales/ Marketing/ business or in any relevant field Having knowledge of modern marketing techniques Better communication and networking skills Passion for sales and Marketing Need to have a customer-centric mindset Decision-making ability Time management skills Having a better understanding of sales and marketing strategies. Must have a laptop or computer with a stable internet connection.
