Position: Shop Floor Technician

Location: Cochin

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Experience: 4 years of experience in Automation / Industrial Electrical / Maintenance

Qualification: ITI /Diploma Electrical

*Position Summary*
We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Technician to support electrical shop-floor activities machine troubleshooting project works breakdown maintenance and automation-related activities for in-house machines and subcontractor equipment.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Troubleshooting of machines and electrical control systems
• Control panel wiring of industrial control systems
• Component-level repair and troubleshooting of PCBs
• Support project activities including control system wiring trials and debugging
• Provide in-house machine breakdown support
• Provide maintenance support for subcontractor machines/equipment
• Carry out machine modifications and improvement activities
• Support refurbishment activities
• Work with PLCs relays and electrical control components
• Handle various HIPOT testing equipment
