Job Summary
Job Purpose
To monitor and execute the entire loom running process within the defined standard of quantity quality time cost safety and sustainability.
Job Context & Major Challenges
Workmen training is very important for new products procedures and creating a sustainability culture.
There is a lot of variation in the efficiency of different looms especially for linen. The variation may vary from 20% to 80%.
Any defects/process inefficiencies in spinning will result in the same in weaving.
Lot to Lot variation is very high in flax raw material.

| KRA2 | Quality | Ensure desired quality of the product in each stage of processing in the shift Adherence to SOP s in each stage of the process. |
| KRA3 | Cost | To maintain desired level of cost of production Waste Control measures related to process and product. Controlling manpower cost through planning Controlling energy through energy saving projects and implementing Kaizens. |
| KRA4 | Delivery | Ensuring timely charge takeover and handover along with internal customer and supplier orientation to ensure 100% OTIF delivery. |
| KRA5 | WCM | Building a culture of system improvement among workmen by promoting innovations Maintaining the required housekeeping through 5S |
| KRA6 | Safety and Sustainability | Ensure all process happens within the defined safety & sustainability norms |
