Essential Skills
Hand on experience in Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE)
Proficient in at least two of the following areas - Segmentation and Targeting Salesforce Sizing Salesforce Alignment Market Mix Modelling
Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies tools and techniques within your area of expertise
Proficient in advanced excel SQL Python/R
Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
Strong communication skills - should be comfortable presenting their work to offshore and onshore leads
Experience: 3-6 years of consulting experience with minimum 3-4 years in salesforce effectiveness
Minimum educational qualification - Bachelors Degree
Good to have skills
Experience in Salesforce Performance reporting & dashboarding
Experience in Incentive Compensation Design
Exposure to Advance Analytics techniques and ML algorithm - predictive clustering optimization
