Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8 years of hands-on experience in designing implementing and leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical architecture expertise guide development teams define platform best practices and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and technical solutions.

• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

• Define development standards coding best practices and governance processes.

• Design scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders solution architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Review solution designs perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Provide guidance on platform performance security upgrade strategy and maintainability.

• Mentor developers and support technical teams throughout project delivery.

• Work across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

• 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture platform design and solution implementation.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Glide APIs Script Includes Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

• Experience designing integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

• Strong understanding of CMDB CSDM platform governance and ServiceNow best practices.

• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and technical teams.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) One or more modules

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

• ITIL 4 Foundation

Nice to Have

• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Azure GCP) or Enterprise Architecture certifications.

• Experience in Healthcare domain projects.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
