Job Description:

ServiceNow development expert who will have deep expertise in CSM ITSM ITOM ITAM SPM EA VR WSD Service Catalogs and workflows and work with TCS Technical Lead and stakeholders as appropriate
Investigate and resolve incidents service requests and problems related to ServiceNow modules. Perform RCA for recurring issues.
Develop and implement minor enhancement business rules and catalog items. Customize ServiceNow forms workflows and modules to meet requirement.
Develop enhancements under direction of the ServiceNow Technical Architect and ServiceNow Product Owner
Perform testing and documentation of ServiceNow updates and releases
Create and maintain technical documentation runbooks and knowledge articles.
Work closely with functional consultants testers and lead.
Develop Low Level Design (LLD) and Operational documentation if needed to provide during KT/Training
Following yr:1 One of Senior Developer will perform Business analyst Role as process and ecosystem is well absorbed into techno functional role.
