Hiring: ServiceNow Senior CSM Custom App Developer

Location: Pune Work Mode: Work From Office

Budget: Up to 35 LPA

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Senior CSM Custom App Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management and custom application development. If you enjoy building customer-centric solutions and scalable apps this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance CSM modules (Case Management Accounts Contacts Entitlements SLAs)

Build custom applications using App Engine / scoped apps

Work on workflow automation scripting and UI (Service Portal / Workspace)

Handle integrations using REST/SOAP IntegrationHub and OAuth

Ensure customer-centric design aligned with CMDB/CSDM

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of total experience

Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow development (mandatory)

Strong experience in CSM modules and custom app development

Expertise in scripting UI development and integrations

Good understanding of CMDB/CSDM
