Job Title: ServiceNow Portal Developer
Experience: 6- 7 years

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to design develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow development UI customization and client-side/server-side scripting to deliver user-friendly and scalable portal solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components.
• Create and maintain widgets themes pages and UI components.
• Develop custom client-side (JavaScript AngularJS) and server-side scripts.
• Customize UI Policies Business Rules Script Includes ACLs and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve portal performance and functionality issues.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices for development security and performance.
• Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.
• Provide documentation and support for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Knowledge of ITSM HRSD CSM or other ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security model and ACLs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
