ServiceNow Platform Architect

Description
A ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for designing implementing and governing the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform. They ensure scalability performance and alignment with business requirements while guiding development teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture
Define platform standards governance and best practices
Lead implementation of modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD etc.)
Ensure integration with external systems
Optimize performance security and scalability
Mentor developers and technical teams

Key Skills

Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform and modules
Architecture design & system integration
Scripting (JavaScript Glide API)
Cloud and enterprise architecture knowledge
Stakeholder management
