Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Consultant to design configure and manage analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across ServiceNow modules. The role involves building KPIs indicators dashboards and reports while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with the Performance Analytics module.
• Strong understanding of:
  • KPIs Metrics vs Indicators
  • Breakdowns and Breakdown Mappings
  • Data Collection Jobs and Scheduled Scripts
• Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API) for PA customization.
• Experience with data modeling and analytics concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
