Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Consultant to design configure and manage analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across ServiceNow modules. The role involves building KPIs indicators dashboards and reports while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with the Performance Analytics module.
- Strong understanding of:
- KPIs Metrics vs Indicators
- Breakdowns and Breakdown Mappings
- Data Collection Jobs and Scheduled Scripts
- Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API) for PA customization.
- Experience with data modeling and analytics concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
