ServiceNow Lead Developer DevOps Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer with strong DevOps experience to drive end-to-end development automation and deployment on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient reliable and scalable delivery of ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow using DevOps best practices
• Automate application deployment testing and release management processes
• Integrate ServiceNow with DevOps tools such as Jenkins Azure DevOps and Git
• Manage and optimize Update Sets Source Control and ServiceNow DevOps integrations
• Implement automated testing frameworks (ATF) and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps QA and business stakeholders
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and governance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize system performance
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Expertise in JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins Git Azure DevOps Bitbucket etc.)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
