Must Have Skills:ITSM & HRSD
Strong experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM). ServiceNows IntegrationHub and other integration technologies (REST SOAP JSON).
Key Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development including scripting (JavaScript GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g.ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer Studio IDE and Update Sets.
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture data model and best practices.
- Experience with Service Portal design and development.
- Experience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications.
Job Description:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript HTML CSS and AJAX.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and CMDB.
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and scripting tools.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance scripting and integrations.
- Participate in SCRUM meetings design reviews and requirement gathering sessions.
- Maintain technical documentation and support platform upgrades.
- Implement best practices aligned with ITIL processes.
- Develop and maintain Service Portals and custom widgets
- Drive your software development activities to meet project schedules and timelines
- Thrive to ensure your code quality is high with supporting unit tests and delivered on time
- Possess the ability to scope the technical portion of a project estimate effort and develop/architect your own solutions
- Proactively identify system issues/bugs and deploy fixes to address the problems
- Strong work ethic and disciplined time management skills
- Strong and effective written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
