ServiceNow Senior Developer
- Experience: 812 Years
- Location: Hyderabad / Remote
- Strong ServiceNow Development experience with ITSM expertise Change Management CMDB and Integrations
- Develop configure and customize ServiceNow by gathering requirements preparing implementation plans creating workflows writing JavaScript customizing the UI and managing groups & roles
- Manage ServiceNow instances (Development Test and Production) including upgrades and promotion of changes across environments
- Coordinate with other ServiceNow developers to establish development standards and deployment processes
- Develop integrations using REST SOAP email and other relevant technologies
- Automate business processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules
- Manage ETL processes between ServiceNow and external systems
- Analyze business requirements and enhance system capabilities through workflow automation
- Proficient in JavaScript and HTML
- Develop reports dashboards and views in ServiceNow
- Create and maintain APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and third-party services
