Key Responsibilities
Perform Functional Integration Regression and End-to-End Testing for ServiceNow ITOM applications.
Validate Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and CMDB implementations.
Test integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring/third-party tools.
Ensure CMDB data quality reconciliation CI relationships and data integrity.
Execute backend data validation using SQL or other query languages.
Log track and manage defects using tools like Jira HP ALM or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with development platform and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills
5 years of ServiceNow Testing experience.
Hands-on expertise in:
ServiceNow ITOM
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
CMDB
Strong experience in Functional Integration Regression & End-to-End Testing.
CMDB data validation reconciliation CI relationship testing and data integrity validation.
Experience testing ServiceNow integrations with monitoring and third-party tools.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow tables CI classes and relationship models.
Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.
Experience with Jira HP ALM Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good to Have
ITIL / ITSM knowledge
ITOMITSM integration experience
Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools integrated with ServiceNow
Agile / Scrum methodology experience
ServiceNow CSA/CIS or ITOM certifications
