Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
Configure and customize Risk Management Policy & Compliance Audit Management and Regulatory Change Management modules.
Develop Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes and ACLs.
Configure Flow Designer Workflow Notifications Approvals and Assignment Rules.
Implement risk identification assessment scoring treatment monitoring and reporting processes.
Configure risk statements risk frameworks controls indicators entities and profiles.
Develop and maintain IRM forms catalog items dashboards reports and workspaces.
Integrate ServiceNow IRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and Import Sets.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IRM applications and integrations.
Work with business risk compliance audit and security teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing system testing deployment and post-production support.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
