Job Description: ServiceNow Integration Developer
Location: Hyderabad

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer with hands-on experience in system integration web technologies and ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting customization and integration of ServiceNow platforms along with a solid understanding of web services and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services (REST SOAP) and related web technologies (XML HTML AJAX CSS HTTP).
Design and implement ServiceNow modules specifically ITSM and CSM applications.
Create and manage Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions Scheduled Jobs and other scripted components.
Build and manage ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
Set up and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using SSO and SAML authentication protocols.
Customize ServiceNow portals using UI Pages UI Macros CMS HTML Jelly and CSS.
Implement UI changes utilizing web technologies and DOM manipulation.
Extend ServiceNow schemas to develop custom applications and workflows.
Analyze and understand technical and functional requirements for successful ServiceNow implementation.
Manage and maintain ServiceNow workflows automations and custom scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and solution delivery.

Essential Skills:

Strong experience with web services and integration technologies (XML HTML AJAX CSS HTTP REST/SOAP).
Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration for ITSM and CSM modules.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions Scheduled Jobs).
Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs and scripted web services.
Experience in SSO and SAML setup and ServiceNow integration.
Advanced knowledge in customizing ServiceNow UIs using Jelly HTML CSS.
Experience extending ServiceNow schema for custom app development.
Strong understanding of technical and functional design related to ServiceNow implementations.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (JavaScript Python Perl Unix Shell Windows Shell).
Solid understanding and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.

Preferred Skills:

Full-cycle ServiceNow implementation experience.
Expertise in custom UI development and CMS design within ServiceNow.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in agile and cross-functional teams.
Certification in ServiceNow (preferred but not mandatory).
