Job Summary
ServiceNow Integration Architect
Experience: 10 Years
Location: Pan India
Role Summary
Responsible for designing architecting and governing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications ensuring secure scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead ServiceNow integration solutions.
- Define integration architecture standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure integration security performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural governance.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM etc.)
- Integration Hub Flow Designer MID Server
- REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML
- JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi Azure Integration Services etc.)
- Understanding of OAuth SAML and API security
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS preferred)
