Job Title - ServiceNow HAM PRO Developer

Experience - 6- 10 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration scripting (JavaScript Glide) and integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design configure and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows integrations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices for asset management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.
• Document technical designs processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
