Job Description
Job Title - ServiceNow HAM PRO Developer
Experience - 6- 10 Years
Location - PAN India
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration scripting (JavaScript Glide) and integrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows integrations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices for asset management.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.
- Document technical designs processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
