Role: ServiceNow DWPC / Integration & Customization Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in DWPC integrations and ServiceNow customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing integrating and customizing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements while following platform best practices.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications workflows business rules scripts UI policies UI actions client scripts and ACLs.

• Implement and support DWPC (Digital Workflow/Process Consulting) solutions aligned with business processes.

• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST SOAP IntegrationHub MID Server and APIs.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on functional and technical requirements.

• Develop Flow Designer flows subflows actions and integration spokes.

• Work on data transformation import sets transform maps and integration error handling.

• Analyze existing customizations and recommend platform-standard solutions wherever possible.

• Perform scripting using JavaScript Glide APIs Script Includes Business Rules and Scheduled Jobs.

• Troubleshoot integration workflow performance and customization-related issues.

• Participate in requirement gathering technical design development testing deployment and production support.

• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow upgrade-safe and development best practices.

• Collaborate with architects business analysts and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.

• Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD or other ServiceNow modules.

• Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
