Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and ITAM modules.
- Develop Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes Flow Designer workflows and Catalog Items.
- Implement and automate the complete hardware asset lifecycle.
- Integrate HAM with CMDB and enterprise tools such as SCCM Microsoft Intune and Flexera.
- Develop dashboards reports and compliance metrics.
- Ensure asset reconciliation inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
